For the most part, music videos function best as a piece of fun, aesthetic flair. The attempts to “move” a viewer always seem so forced or contrived in 4-5 minute window, but holy hell, Youth Lagoon’s video for “Montana” is the kind of thing that makes your eyes swell up and want to call your dad.
